The Field Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, emissions and hydraulic issues, and maintaining agricultural and light construction equipment ensuring equipment is functioning optimally, and providing excellent customer support. Additionally, this role requires accurate documentation of repair work, maintaining tools and equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.QualificationsMechanical and technical skills, including experience with electrical and tier 4 emissions diagnostics, and repairs.Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsCustomer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide supportAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in repair and maintenance workValid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to travel locally when necessaryHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in equipment repair is a plus
