This position will be full-time and onsite in Concord, NH.What You'll DoThis position functions as a primary technical authority responsible for sustaining and supporting a mature IBM i (formerly AS/400) environment and its COBOL-based business applications. The role emphasizes ensuring system stability, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and optimizing or enhancing existing programs to comply with regulatory changes and evolving business processes, rather than focusing on the development of entirely new solutionsIn addition to ongoing support, this role will actively contribute to the organization’s strategic migration from IBM i to Hyland’s OnBase WorkView platform, ensuring smooth data transitions, integration planning, and operational continuity throughout the migration processKey responsibilities include monitoring system health, managing batch processes, supporting file transfers, and maintaining SQL-based data access, while providing technical expertise during the transition to OnBase.
