Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, particularly within a specialized field.Certified in Phlebotomy.Proficiency in laboratory procedures and handling biological samples.Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.Excellent organization and communication skills.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Lab GMCD (General Molecular & Cytogenetics Diagnostics).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; further technical or clinical training preferred.Prior experience working in a 13-week shift schedule.Other Requirements: This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including every 4th weekend.Must be willing to work non-local candidates are not being considered within 50 miles of the location.Must possess valid Phlebotomy Certification.The role begins on 04/27/2026.Hourly pay rate of $24.30.Compliance with all applicable safety, travel, licensure, certification, and reimbursement policies.Take the next step in your laboratory career by applying today.
