Multiple U.S. Locations | Preferred: Los Angeles or Denver| HybridMW Talent is partnering with a prestigious global law firm to identify a highly experienced Senior Leasing Attorney to join a nationally recognized Real Estate practice.This opportunity is available across multiple U.S. office locations, including Denver, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, and Washington, D.C., with a preference for Denver or Los Angeles, though the firm remains open to other locations for the right candidate. The role can be structured as either a staff attorney or partner-track position, depending on experience and career goals.What You'll DoDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial leases, including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and ground leasesAdvise clients on leasing strategy, risk mitigation, and portfolio managementHandle lease amendments, subleases, assignments, estoppels, SNDAs, and related agreementsManage transactions from start to finish with a high level of efficiency and client communicationCollaborate with colleagues across a national and international platformWhat You BringJ.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)10+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience (law firm or in-house)Strong experience representing landlords and/or tenants across complex leasing transactionsDeep understanding of leasing structures, market terms, and industry dynamicsAbility to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsExperience with multi-state or national portfolios is highly preferredCollaborative mindset and strong professional judgmentWhat You'll GetCompetitive base salary in the range of $185,000 – $275,000, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, and more)Hybrid work flexibilityAccess to high-profile, sophisticated clients across multiple industriesStrong professional development, training, and career advancement opportunities
