About the Role: As a Training Coordinator, you will effectively communicate and coach the fundamentals of all training systems/programs and why they are critical to the business as well as the development of employees. Responsible for developing the necessary skills in all job functions and managing the modification to job instructions as needed. Meet with Plant Operation teams to create action plans and review adherence to training systems/programs. ResponsibilitiesManage Training Matrix Manage TWI Program Facilitate learning sessions and workshops Assist with temp onboarding and induction of new hires Create/Modify training checklist, work procedures, & single point lessons Manage the tracking of all training Create and maintain plant training videos for visual learning Maintain records within Knauf Integrated Management System Audit training program for compliance Develop and review KPI objectives related to training and conduct Root Cause Analysis for gaps Create monthly report for management review Oversee finished goods quality QualificationsEducation : AA Degree TWI certification preferred or willingness to obtain Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a similar environment SAP experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excel PowerPoint Word Document (ability to write documents) Go Plant navigation Data analysis Record retention Good communication skills Organizational skills Meticulous attention to detail Active listening skills Auditor skills Display professionalism Ability to multi-task and complete deadlines in a timely manner Ability to actively work in teams as well as on your own initiative Ability to roll out & implement new processes Ability to operate packaging equipment It is the policy of Knauf Insulation to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, protected veteran status or any other protected characteristic prohibited by applicable law.
