About the Role: As a Training Coordinator, you will effectively communicate and coach the fundamentals of all training systems/programs and why they are critical to the business as well as the development of employees. Responsible for developing the necessary skills in all job functions and managing the modification to job instructions as needed. Meet with Plant Operation teams to create action plans and review adherence to training systems/programs.
