Project Engineering Supervisor

The Project Engineering Supervisor leads a team of engineers and technicians to support safe, efficient, and compliant ammunition production. Oversees process optimization, equipment reliability, quality performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. This position offers extensive exposure throughout the facility as the team focuses on implementing new manufacturing methods across all stages of the process, including both energetic and non-energetic areas.
