Process Engineer : Lean Projects & Data (Spring 2027)

Winchester Ammunition is seeking a Process Engineer Co-Op (Spring 2027) to support operations, maintenance and safety with lean manufacturing initiatives. Expect to lead at least three hands-on projects and drive process improvements in small caliber ammunition production. This role requires full-time availability, enrollment in Chemical or Civil Engineering, 3.0+ GPA, and US work authorization with ITAR compliance. On-site in Independence, MO and East Alton, IL with housing stipend available.
