Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI, for a Salesperson at QUAY. The Salesperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding their perfect eyewear, educating customers on product benefits, and achieving sales goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, stocking merchandise, and supporting team members in achieving store initiatives. Qualifications Customer Service and Sales Skills: Strong ability to engage with customers, provide tailored recommendations, and meet or exceed sales goals.Product Knowledge: Understanding of fashion trends and the ability to learn and share product features and benefits effectively.Teamwork and Communication: Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.Organizational Skills: Capability to manage responsibilities such as stocking, merchandising, and maintaining an organized store environment.Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to take on varied tasks and work in a fast-paced retail setting.Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or training in related fields is an advantage.
