The Sales Associate will engage directly with customers, providing product information, answering questions, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also serve as a representative of the company by upholding professional standards and communicating effectively with both customers and team members. Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and provide excellent service.Sales and communication skills for understanding customer needs and achieving targets.Organizational and time-management skills to maintain workspace order and prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and managing product inventory.Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment.Basic computer skills for point-of-sale and inventory systems.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
