Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (New York City - Onsite) Where marketing meets meaning—and impact is real! We’re looking for a Marketing Manager in Downtown Manhattan who wants to build something meaningful. In this role, you’ll help shape a trusted, recognizable brand while connecting people to legal support during some of the most important moments in their lives, especially within immigrant and multicultural communities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think big, execute quickly, and take pride in work that truly makes an impact. What You’ll DoLead and execute a marketing strategy focused on long-term brand growthPlan and launch campaigns across digital, social, and local channelsDevelop clear, consistent messaging that resonates with diverse audiencesOversee and support a small creative team (design, content, social media)Manage paid advertising efforts and continuously improve performanceRepresent the firm at local events and community initiativesBalance strategic thinking with day-to-day executionWhat We’re Looking ForSignificant experience in marketing leadership, ideally in B2C or professional servicesStrong background in brand strategy and campaign executionExperience in consumer-facing marketing (retail or similar) is a plusProven ability to lead and develop a small teamClear understanding of audience engagement and growth strategiesA builder, someone who can create the vision and bring it to life Why This Role MattersYour work will directly influence how individuals and families find and trust legal support when they need it most.
