Primary responsibilities but not limited to: Maintain a laser focus on meeting sales targets while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. Direct and oversee all spa operations to maximize team potential while ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Proactively ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving service-related issues promptly. Uphold full compliance with Hand & Stone policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Inspire and empower the team to reach and maintain high performance and service standards. Lead daily operations by fostering efficient coordination, open communication, and strong collaboration across the team. Ensure the spa maintains impeccable cleanliness and a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere at all times. Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and availability of necessary supplies. Hire, train, supervise, mentor, and support all team members in alignment with company standards. What you need to succeed in this role: 24 years of management experience in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry preferred High energy and enthusiasm with a positive, can-do attitude Genuine passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skincare services Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of spa services and product lines is a strong advantage What's in it for you?
