Water Engineer

Lead the design, operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of industrial and facility water systems, including cooling water, low-conductivity/deionized water, process water, and wastewater treatment systems.Develop PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic and thermal calculations, equipment specifications, process designs, and engineering documentation.Design and specify pumps, heat exchangers, filtration, RO, deionization, piping, valves, instrumentation, and chemical treatment systems.Monitor water quality parameters and manage treatment systems to prevent corrosion, scaling, biological growth, and equipment degradation.Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, preventive/predictive maintenance, system upgrades, and reliability improvement initiatives.Manage water-system projects from conceptual design through installation, commissioning, startup, and operational handover, including schedules, cost estimates, and technical scopes.Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, controls, contractors, vendors, and facilities teams to ensure reliable and safe system performance.Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, safety requirements, environmental standards, and operating procedures, while maintaining accurate drawings, specifications, calculations, and maintenance documentation.
