From clinical directors to frontline managers, we support professionals in navigating conflict, strengthening communication, and building more stable and effective teams. Our team brings together experience in behavior science, learning design, organizational performance, and emerging technology. We are focused on closing what we see as one of the most overlooked gaps in modern organizations — the gap between knowing what to do and consistently doing it well in real interactions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role. Transform has recently launched its first commercial product and we are looking for a senior enterprise seller to help us build early revenue momentum. This is a foundational sales role with meaningful influence over how we refine our go-to-market strategy, pricing, and customer targeting. We are especially interested in someone who understands the dynamics of Applied Behavior Analysis organizations or similar healthcare service environments where workforce performance and retention directly impact financial and clinical outcomes. You will work closely with the founders, help advance early enterprise opportunities, and play a key role in securing lighthouse customers that will shape how the company grows. This is not a fully built sales machine.
