In an environment where efficiency, compliance, and cost control are becoming mission-critical, their solution is quickly becoming a core system for modern enterprises.With strong product-market fit, significant funding from top-tier investors, and adoption across well-known global brands, the company is entering a high-growth phase in the U.S. market.The RoleThis is a founding sales hire in the U.S., offering a rare opportunity to build a territory and play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy.You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle-from prospecting through close-while working closely with leadership, product, and marketing to refine messaging and drive expansion into large, complex organizations.What You'll Be DoingOwn and drive full-cycle enterprise sales (6-7 figure deals)Build and manage a pipeline of strategic accounts across multiple industriesEngage senior stakeholders (C-level, finance, procurement, IT, legal)Develop tailored solutions for complex, multi-threaded sales cyclesPartner with leadership to refine sales playbooks and GTM strategyRepresent the voice of the customer internally to influence product directionHelp establish the foundation for a high-performing U.S. sales teamHybrid model (3 days in-office collaboration)Compensation: $100K-$200K base (OTE ~$200K-$400K) + equityWhat We're Looking For5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experienceProven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environmentsExperience selling into large organizations with multi-stakeholder buying processesStrong business acumen and ability to navigate technical + operational conversationsEntrepreneurial mindset-you're excited about building from zeroComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
