This role provides administrative and project support to members of the construction, renovations, and design teams in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Required Skills And ResponsibilitiesAccuracy and attention to detailHandling confidential informationCreate and implement onboarding processes for various positionsWrite standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work flows under the direction of various directorsGenerate weekly and monthly reports from platforms including Worxhub, UKG, SmartsheetsProvide support to the Renovations CoordinatorsCrosstrain with Project Manager Scheduler, Construction Project Manager and Renovation CoordinatorsMaintain departmental and resident records using construction softwareEffectively communicate with all levels of staff, residents, clients, and communityFielding inquiries from residents and tradesAssist with obtaining permitsInvoice processingEducation & ExperienceKnowledge normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree, preferredTwo to four years of related administrative experience, requiredPrior administrative experience in the construction sector, preferredProof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle liability insurance, and reliable means of transportation, requiredBenefitsPTO and paid holidaysMedical Benefit Credit Program (choose the best benefits for you and your needs)Retirement Savings Plan with employer matchingInsurance allotments as well as FSA and HSA optionsAbout Holland HomeTrillium Living | Holland Home is comprised of 9 complementary organizations that serve the needs of older adults.
