This Product Manager role sits within the Sales organization and is responsible for driving strategy, pricing, and growth for a portfolio of electrical interconnect products.The Product Manager acts as the bridge between engineering, sales, marketing, and customers-ensuring product development aligns with market demand while maximizing profitability and long-term product line growth.This role is ideal for a product professional with experience managing industrial hardware product lines such as connectors, cable assemblies, or similar electrical components who enjoys working across both technical and commercial teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for assigned product linesDevelop and manage pricing strategies to achieve margin and revenue goalsIdentify new product opportunities based on market demand and customer feedbackPartner with engineering teams to define product requirements and support development initiativesWork closely with sales teams to support key opportunities and drive product adoptionAnalyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs to guide product directionDevelop channel strategies with OEM and distribution partnersSupport marketing initiatives including product promotions, training materials, and product launchesMonitor product performance including orders, margins, and inventory strategyQualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferredExperience in product management within industrial manufacturing or physical product environmentsBackground in connectors, cable assemblies, electrical components, or related interconnect products strongly preferredExperience managing product pricing, margins, and product lifecycle performanceAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, and marketing teamsStrong communication and cross-functional leadership skillsAdditional Requirements U.S. citizenship required to support security clearance eligibilityAbility to travel up to 25%About Blue Signal:Blue Signal is an award-winning, executive search firm specializing in various specialties.
