In this role, you will drive the regional growth strategy, ensure financial success, and align cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet market requirements. You will develop market knowledge, support pricing decisions, analyze business development, and contribute to customer-driven innovation that promotes revenue and margin growth. Your main tasks include:Responsibility for the introduction of new products in the EMEA regionDevelopment of effective market entry strategies and support of sales and marketing initiatives with targeted toolsMonitoring of competitive activities and market developments as well as identification of opportunities and risksClose cooperation with sales teams to increase revenueBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements and supporting with appropriate solutionsCollection and analysis of customer feedback for continuous development and innovation of industrial connectorsDevelopment of the EMEA product strategy by adapting the global product roadmap to the requirements and dynamics of the EMEA marketSupport of the regional pricing strategy and initiatives for margin improvement through data analysis, value positioning, and competitive comparisonsCooperation with engineering and operations to ensure product availability, quality, and complianceYour ideal profile includes:Completed bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical fieldAt least 3 years of professional experience in product management, sales, or marketing in the industrial environmentTechnical understanding of connectors and industrial applicationsKnowledge of the EMEA market, including relevant industry trends, customer segments, and competitive situation in the areas of industrial automation and electrificationProfound analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating market opportunities and economic performance as well as data-driven decision-makingVery good communication, presentation, and social skills as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationshipsNegotiating proficiency in EnglishHigh customer orientation and solution-oriented thinkingTravel readiness of approx. 20–25%Competencies values: integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, teamworkAbout TE Connectivity: TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
