Java Developer

Work Location/Building: Kent, WA• USA - Charleston, SC• USA - Everett, WA• USA - Hazelwood, MO• USA - Seattle, WAThis position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to work 2 days a week onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the futureThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, modernizing legacy systems, adding new features, and integrating with various enterprise platforms.Position Responsibilities:• Participates in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.• Works across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growthBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• 6+ years of Java development experience, including migrating/upgrading applications from older Java versions to modern Java (Java 8 -> Java 11+ or similar).• Strong experience with Java Servlets and Java Server Pages (JSP).• Practical experience with HTML and JavaScript integration with Java backends.• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, or equivalent) and build tooling (Maven, Gradle).• Experience debugging, refactoring, and modernizing legacy codebases with minimal disruption.• Experience integrating and modernizing LDAP tools or similar directory services.• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in short, focused engagements.• Hands-on experience with Application integrations.
