Apply today for the Full-Time Server / Dietary Aide position at Hearthside Collierville.The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.Areas of ResponsibilityGreet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents' apartments as needed.Label and date all food.Other job duties as assigned see full job description.Required QualificationsMust be a minimum of 16 years of age.Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.Food serving experience preferred.
