Their products support critical environmental and industrial applications worldwide, and we are assisting them expanding their commercial team to strengthen their market presence.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing strategy and execution across domestic and international markets. This role will focus on building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, supporting sales growth, and positioning their activated carbon solutions effectively across multiple industrial sectors. There will be need for significant review and development of marketing materials and online presence.The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing experience, preferably within manufacturing, chemicals, environmental technologies, or industrial products, ideally Activated Carbon.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company’s marketing strategy to support business growth and market expansion.Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.Create and execute marketing campaigns targeting key sectors such as water treatment, air purification, and industrial processing.Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives.Oversee digital marketing activities including website management, SEO, email campaigns, and LinkedIn content.Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry exhibitions, and conferences.Produce technical marketing materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, and product literature.Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners.Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on marketing ROI and KPIs.Support product launches and new market entry initiatives.Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within industrial manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or environmental products.Strong understanding of B2B marketing and technical product promotion.Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to translate technical product information into clear customer-focused messaging.Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM and marketing analytics tools.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams.Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events.Experience in filtration, purification, water treatment, air treatment, or carbon-based materials.Familiarity with international industrial markets and distribution channels.Experience marketing engineered or process-driven products.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role or email me at alex@hydrec.co.uk
