You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to improve online visibility, customer engagement and conversion performance across digital channels.Role: Digital Marketing ManagerSalary: €50,000 - €60,000Location: Fully remoteLanguage: Fluent German requiredWhat you’ll be doing:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across the German marketSupport SEO and content initiatives to improve traffic and online visibilityCreate German-language marketing content across landing pages, blogs, email and campaignsWork with external agencies to manage paid media and campaign performanceMonitor campaign analytics and provide performance reportingSupport content calendars and marketing campaign planningIdentify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and engagementUse marketing tools and automation platforms to support campaign deliveryWhat you’ll need:Fluent German language skills with strong written communication abilityExperience within digital marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing rolesUnderstanding of SEO and content-led marketing strategiesExperience working with agencies or external marketing partnersStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with the ability to review and improve campaign performanceNice to have:Experience within ecommerce, hospitality, food or consumer-focused brandsExperience with marketing automation or paid media platformsInterest in AI tools and digital marketing technologiesThis role would suit a digitally minded marketer who enjoys combining content, SEO and performance marketing within a fast-moving ecommerce environment.
