SAP FI/CO Solutions Architect

Role: SAP FI/CO Solutions Architect Location: SFO (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Duration: Long-term EngagementWe are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Leader to take on a client-side ownership role for a large-scale S/4HANA Finance transformation. This is a high-impact position requiring strong functional leadership, design authority, and program governance experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead end-to-end FI/CO solution design and stabilization across S/4HANA Finance, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking / Treasury Management, and Controlling (COPA, Product Costing, Material Ledger).Drive tight integration with SD, MM, and PP modules across complex business scenariosLead Revenue Recognition design (SD ↔ FI flows, RAR where applicable)Oversee Inventory Valuation and Intercompany processes, especially for service parts and manufacturing environmentsAct as Design Authority—review and challenge System Integrator (SI) deliverablesLead design governance, defect triage, cutover planning, and hypercare executionDefine and enforce process documentation standards, including: BPMN process flows, FIT/GAP analysis, Configuration rationale, FS / WRICEF objects and Test scenarios and data mapping.Drive tax validation and compliance with ONESOURCE integration (billing, condition records, account determination)Build and maintain Order-to-Cash ↔ Record-to-Report traceability matrix ensuring: End-to-end transparency, Audit readiness and SOX-compliant controls
