Job Description Bilingual Perfer- English and ChineseCoordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staffEnsure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient mannerMonitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as neededEnsure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standardsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentTrain and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processesMonitor and document employee attendance and performanceDevelop and implement production schedules and workflowsEnforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair mannerMonitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotationTroubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely mannerTeam lead who would be expected to mentor and manage junior members within the development teamAccurately following processes associated with support tools Change and Problem management, service desk, project deliver frameworkTake ownership of all the calls coming into Service DeskProvide timely resolution and effective documentationMake judgement as to when the problem has to be escalated and should follow-up on the calls to ensure that the user is updated and close it once the solution to providedOwnership of regional deliverablesSetting up and Programming phones on the Cisco /Avaya /Nortel platformsProvisioning/deprovisioning VoicemailCreating/Maintaining/Deleting Voicemail System Distribution listsInteract with onsite/in-house counterparts and vendor teams
