This is a rewarding role for nurses who value connection, continuity of care, and making a real difference in a child's life—plus a few extra smiles and hugs along the way.Locations And CasesLocation: Dubuque, Iowa Case #1: Providing 1:1 care to an infant who is trying to get home to be with family, but will need a nurse who has trach/vent experience. Family will accept any hours. Up to 12 hour shifts available. Need nursing asap! Full-time hours.Location: Bellevue, Iowa Case #2: Providing 1:1 care to a 9 yo who with tube feeding, trach and vent cares. Needing a nurse with trach/vent experience. PRN and Full-time day hours available Monday - Friday, 8.5 hour shifts.Location: Maquoketa, Iowa Case #3: Providing 1:1 care to a 10 yo who with tube feeding and CPT vest. Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized.1 years of demonstrated experienceValid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable statesClear background screeningWorking knowledge of Nurse Practice ActsValid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills checkClear Hep B Screening in applicable statesClear TB Screening in applicable statesKey CompetenciesThe ability to read and communicate in English both verbally and in writing.Working Conditions/Equipment UseWork is performed in the patients home - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
