Job RequirementsStrong experience managing workplace accommodations and ADA compliance programsHands-on experience with the interactive accommodation process, including manager coaching, risk mitigation, and case resolutionKnowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, PUMP Act, NY Human Rights Law, NJ employment laws, Title VII religious accommodations, Section 503, and VEVRAAExperience supporting EEO compliance and Affirmative Action reporting initiativesFamiliarity with EEOC, OFCCP, EEO-1, and VETS-4212 reporting processesStrong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work with large data setsAdvanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot TablesExperience with SAP SuccessFactors and SharePointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-changing, compliance-driven environmentExperience supporting talent acquisition compliance and hiring best practicesComfortable partnering with HR, legal teams, managers, and external vendorsBachelor’s degree with 5–10+ years of relevant HR/compliance experience preferredResponsibilitiesWorkplace Accommodations AdministrationServe as the primary point of contact for workplace accommodation requests under federal and state lawsLead and manage the interactive accommodation process from intake through resolutionReview accommodation requests and determine appropriate reasonable accommodationsDraft accommodation-related documentation including medical inquiry letters, determinations, acknowledgements, and denial noticesMaintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready accommodation records and databasesPartner with HR, managers, and legal teams to implement accommodations and resolve complex employee situationsMonitor active accommodation cases and ensure timely follow-up and closureIdentify trends and recommend process improvements, policy updates, and training opportunitiesProvide guidance and training to managers and HR regarding accommodation obligations and best practicesStay updated on changing employment laws and compliance requirementsEEO Compliance & Affirmative ActionSupport Affirmative Action Plan administration and compliance initiativesPartner with external vendors for AAP reporting, EEO-1, and VETS-4212 submissionsAssist with workforce demographic analysis and underutilization action plansProvide compliance guidance related to recruiting and hiring practicesSupport audit readiness and compliance documentation effortsAssist with NJ compliance initiatives and required employment notices/trainingData & ReportingPrepare ad hoc workforce analytics, labor market reports, turnover metrics, and diversity reportingScrub, validate, and manage large volumes of employee and compliance-related dataMaintain tracking systems and reporting databases for accommodations and EEO programsSupport leadership with reporting and compliance-related analyticsQualifications5+ years of experience in workplace accommodations, ADA compliance, employee relations, or HR complianceStrong working knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, EEOC regulations, and related employment lawsExperience managing high-volume accommodation caseloadsExperience with EEO compliance, affirmative action programs, and reporting preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and SharePointStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionMaster’s degree in HR, People Analytics, or related field preferred for candidates with less experience
