Job Code : RCI-PG-15290-1Job Title: Compliance Advisor (Workplace Accommodations & EEO)Location: Newark, NJ, US 07101Duration: 12 Month extension possible based on needs and performanceMinimum Salary: $45.00 Per HourlyMaximum Salary: $50.00 Per HourlyWorkplace Accommodations & EEO Compliance SpecialistLocation: Newark, NJ (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite Weekly)Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTOccasional travel within NJ/NY locations may be requiredWe are seeking an experienced HR Compliance professional with strong expertise in Workplace Accommodations, ADA compliance, and EEO/Affirmative Action support. This role will primarily focus on managing employee accommodation requests while supporting compliance reporting, HR analytics, and regulatory initiatives across NY and NJ operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Accommodations (Primary Focus)Manage employee accommodation requests related to ADA, PWFA, FMLA, religious accommodations, and related employment lawsLead the interactive accommodation process from intake through resolutionPartner with HR, managers, legal teams, and employees to identify reasonable accommodationsDraft accommodation-related communications and maintain accurate/confidential documentationProvide guidance and coaching to managers regarding workplace accommodations and compliance requirementsMonitor ongoing accommodation cases and ensure timely follow-up and closureIdentify trends and recommend process improvementsEEO / Compliance SupportSupport EEO and Affirmative Action compliance initiativesAssist with EEO-1, VETS reporting, and audit preparation activitiesWork with external vendors on compliance-related reporting and data submissionsProvide compliance guidance to recruiters and HR teams related to hiring practicesSupport OFCCP and workplace compliance initiativesReporting & AnalyticsGenerate ad hoc workforce and compliance reportsAnalyze labor market, diversity, and turnover metricsScrub and manage large datasets across multiple HR systemsMaintain compliance and accommodation tracking databasesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Workplace Accommodations, ADA compliance, HR Compliance, or Employee RelationsStrong knowledge of:ADAPWFAFMLAEEOC guidelinesNY/NJ employment lawsExperience managing the accommodation interactive processStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information professionallyTechnical SkillsSAP / SAP SuccessFactorsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)SharePoint experience preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience with EEO, OFCCP, and Affirmative Action reportingExperience supporting audits and compliance initiativesHR, Employee Relations, Compliance, or People Analytics background preferred
