Solution engineer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Solution Engineer based in the Bay Area (hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility). The Solution Engineer will partner closely with clients to understand their needs, design and integrate tailored solutions, and provide presales and consulting support to the sales team. This role bridges technical expertise and client engagement, ensuring smooth software development and system integration to deliver maximum value.Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to assess requirements and design customized solutions • Lead technical integration and support seamless deployment of Pay Protocol solutions • Partner with the sales team to provide presales technical expertise and consultation • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring optimal use of our platform • Support ongoing development and integration efforts to enhance solution performanceQualifications • Strong background in software development and system integration • Experience in fintech (B2B, B2B2C, or C2B environments) • Solid sales and consulting skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment • Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contracts (preferred but not required)
