Senior Structures Engineer
Overview
As Senior Structures Engineer you will lead the design, build, and test of next-generation aerostructures for high-speed aircraft. You’ll drive hardware upgrades, guide clean-sheet designs, and mentor junior engineers, collaborating closely with design, production, and test teams. You will shape final geometry, material choices, and manufacturing conversance while streamlining processes for rapid iteration. This role offers hands-on impact on aerospace hardware from prototype to production in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
