Job Description Exciting Opportunity Overview:The physician will join a well-established outpatient Family Medicine practice located in Muskegon, Michigan.Collaboration with a dedicated care team, which includes 4 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers.The practice emphasizes a procedures-oriented outpatient approach, featuring skin procedures, joint injections, and various standard Family Medicine practices.The physician will work a full-time schedule (1.0 FTE), typically comprising 4 to 4.5 clinic days each week.Clinic hours are as follows:Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PMThursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMFriday: 7:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PMThe office operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours.Call responsibilities are shared and unrestricted, rotating among Family Medicine providers within the network, averaging only a few weeknights and weekends per year, along with one rotating holiday.A supportive practice environment that fosters work-life balance and encourages team-based care.As a provider employed by our organization, you can expect:A competitive salary package.A signing bonus.Assistance with relocation expenses.Comprehensive benefits for both full-time and part-time positions.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.Funding for continuing medical education (CME) and support for licensure.A 403b retirement plan with employer contributions and matching.Qualifications:Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.Physicians must be board certified in their specialty or board eligible, with the expectation to achieve board certification within two years of becoming board eligible.A valid Michigan state medical license is required upon employment.Possession of a DEA license.BLS certification is required, with maintenance of recertification.
