The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and possess expertise in eyelash extensions and brow services. We are a small, but mighty team that believes in uplifting and inspiring women. Responsibilities: – Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail. – Assess client’s natural lashes and provide expert advice on the suitable lash style and length. – Utilize a range of techniques to apply individual eyelash extensions, including classic, volume, and hybrid. – Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the lash application process. – Conduct lash fills, removals, and touch-ups as required. – Maintain a clean and organized work area, sterilize tools, and follow proper sanitation protocols. – Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions. – Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships. Requirements: – Minimum of 1 year of experience in eyelashes and eyebrows. – Must be licensed through the state of Texas. – Proficient in both classic and volume lash applications. – Strong understanding of eyelash health and safety. – Excellent eye for detail and precision. – Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. – Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base. – Reliable and punctual, with a professional work ethic. – Certification or training in eyelash extensions is highly desirable. - Must have existing clientele. - Familiarity with Meevo software is a plus. Organization and planning - Must be good at organizing to maximize our service providers schedule and get the maximum number of clients per day.
