We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Washington, DC market, focused on our Architectural Products portfolio including wall systems, elevator interiors, and integrated surface solutions.This is not a traditional sales role. It is a market-facing position responsible for influencing projects early, navigating complexity, and carrying opportunities from concept through realization.The RoleYou will operate at the intersection of design, construction, and manufacturing within highly coordinated interior environments.Build and influence relationships with architects, interior designers, owners, developers, and contractorsPosition Forms+Surfaces systems early in the design process to shape specificationsNavigate complex, multi-phase projects through design development, budgeting, value engineering, and executionTranslate design intent into manufacturable, high-performance solutionsPartner internally with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure successful deliveryDevelop a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, with a focus on large-scale interior environmentsWhat You BringWe are less focused on a specific background and more interested in how you think and operate.You may come from:Architecture or interior designConstruction management or project managementArchitectural systems or product salesWhat matters most:Ability to understand and communicate complex, system-based architectural solutionsExperience working within the A&D and construction ecosystemStrong instincts around how large, coordinated projects move from concept to completionAbility to engage across multiple stakeholders, from design teams to ownership groupsComfort navigating technical discussions, specifications, and project constraintsA self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyOur work is embedded throughout the Washington, DC shaping interior environments across workplace, healthcare, transportation, and mixed-use developments.
