Lead Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Lead carpenter and Job Site Supervisor to support our growing volume of work. Requirements: Construction experience required Has knowledge of masonry, framing, plumbing, electrical Lead Carpentry experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience required Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong bonus) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage crews, schedules, and on-site coordination Responsibilities: Oversee daily job site operations Review job quotes Coordinate subcontractors and trades Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance Serve as the on-site point of contact This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader to step into a growing company with consistent work.
