Maintenance Technician Location: Dallas, TX 75228 Salary: $28-32/hour (BOE) Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Onsite | Monday-Friday (typical business hours) CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a growing company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial or warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical components including motors, relays, switches, and wiring Perform preventive maintenance on warehouse and production equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues and replace faulty components to minimize downtime Support mechanical, pneumatic, and general equipment repairs Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Coordinate with contractors and support equipment-related projects as needed Qualifications: 3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and/or mechanical systems Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently Experience reading blueprints and schematics Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heights, tight spaces, varying temperatures) Preferred: Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or conveyors Welding or fabrication experience Exposure to PLCs or controls
