They may also be responsible for inventory management, scanning, and reporting errors. Responsibilities:Load and unload trucks safely and efficientlyUse RF scanners to accurately track and record inventoryStack, stage, and transport materials within the warehouseVerify products against paperwork for accuracy- product, product count size and count of pallets, carrier, correct labels, packing list location.Arrange cartons on pallets and loads trucks keeping in mind size, weight, height, and other characteristics.Maintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresComplete assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining productivityCollaborate effectively with team members and maintain productivity.Ability to work cooperatively with others Qualifications and Requirements:Basic math skillsStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracyAbility to verify products against documentationAbility to lift and/or move up to 55 lbs consistentlyAbility to stand and work for extended periodsStrong teamwork and cooperation skillsMust be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checkBenefits and Perks:$17.50 an hourMedical, Dental & Vision401KReferral BonusesYour New Organization:Our client got its start in 1966 when they opened a 12,000-square-foot warehouse in Lakeland, Florida. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
