We help the world's biggest and brightest brands across practically every industry.Job SummaryThe Project Management Support role is responsible for supporting project execution through cost trending, equipment tracking, schedule management, and procurement-to-pay (P2P) support activities. The position works closely with clients and project stakeholders to manage schedules, track project performance, and support day-to-day technical project activities. This role also facilitates coordination with suppliers, regulators, and client representatives to ensure project documentation and deliverables are completed in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget.Job DescriptionCost Trending - e-trending and PO level tracking as in excel format (1st attachment)Equipment Tracking - Any excel formatSchedule Trending - MSP and capability to convert MSP to S-Curve (2nd and 3rd attachment)Planner Capability - Tracking PPCsP2P Support - COUPA and PoP/GR/IR support including imbalance tracking and resolutions.Hands on Experience Project Management.Hand in hand work with customer to support day today technical activities.Prepares and oversees Schedule in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget (per client), and manages implementation and performance accordingly.Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators) and coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval of drawings/documents for different phases of project.Skills RequiredProficiency in cost trending and PO level tracking using ExcelBackground in plant engineering or experience in the manufacturing sectorExperience in equipment tracking and reporting using Excel-based toolsStrong knowledge of schedule trending using Microsoft Project (MSP) and ability to convert schedules into S-Curve reportsResource tracking and allocation monitoringProject cost tracking and monitoringPlanning and performance monitoring including PPC trackingKnowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and COUPAProject management support experience with clients, suppliers, and regulatorsTechnical documentation management and drawing approval coordinationHands-on experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD for mechanical/machine designKnowledge of Machine Guarding and Safety Design principlesExperience with PDM / PLM systems for managing design documentation and revisionsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (L6 Level)Education/Training/CertificationsHigh School Degree or GEDAssociate or Bachelor's Degree (Engineering / Project Management / Business)
