Assignment Overview: Start: September 1, 2025 End: March 31, 2026 (extension likely) Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM No call Setting: Inpatient hospital ORs only (no clinic) Scope: General anesthesia Intubation, IV placement, spinals, rare epidurals, arterial & central lines Non-OR anesthesia (IR, EP, endoscopy) No hearts, no OB, no nerve blocks Team: Mix of solo cases and supervision of CRNAs, AAs, and senior anesthesia residents (no fellows) EMR: Epic Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible (must sit for boards within 7 years of residency) Active Vermont license or IMLC compact (required) BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications Comfortable working both independently and as part of a care team Compensation & Perks: Highly competitive hourly rate (target $400/hour) All travel, lodging, and car rental covered (or all-inclusive options) A+ rated malpractice insurance provided Access to Palm Health Resources exclusive Independent Contractor Benefits including optional healthcare, retirement planning, and tax support.
