We've built a variety of industry-first packaging solutions such as trays for meat, produce and ready meals, dairy tubs, scoops, and more.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at our USA facility. This role will be responsible for plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in running manufacturing plants, setting up processes, building teams, and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.What you'll doLead greenfield plant setup & day-to-day plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logisticsEnsure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, local  regulations)Drive production planning and execution to meet customer demand and delivery timelinesOwn plant KPIs across productivity, yield, cost, quality, and downtimeImplement lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost optimization initiativesBuild, lead, and develop plant teams including supervisors, operators, and support staffCoordinate with engineering, supply chain, and global teams on process improvements and scale-upOversee equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance programsManage plant budgets, operating costs, and capex executionEnsure compliance with quality systems and audit requirementsWho you are10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with significant plant leadership exposureProven experience managing production teams and end-to-end plant operationsStrong knowledge of safety, quality systems, and US manufacturing regulationsHands-on approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in meat packaging, FMCG, pulp & paper, or process manufacturing is a plusBenefits401(k) retirement planHealth insuranceTravel reimbursements for work-related travelFlexible working hoursPaid public holidaysImpact: Be a part of the early team of a business that will create a large meaningful impact on the planet while being profitableCulture: People who are super-driven, grounded and nice to work with!
