This position utilizes the space and equipment available to keep up with daily/weekly production demands. In addition, this position will be performing high level projects or tasks and front-line leadership and monitoring of assigned areas providing immediate support to production staff. This role requires flexibility to adapt quickly to change and a desire for growth. This position plays a key role in TAPCO's prime metrics that feed directly into the companywide gainsharing program.
