The business partners closely with customers to solve packaging and supply chain challenges through innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.Position OverviewThe Production Lead will oversee daily production activities while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. This individual will work closely with operations leadership to drive execution, solve production challenges, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help develop a high-performing manufacturing team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading from the floor while improving operational efficiency and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and support daily production plans to meet customer delivery expectationsEnsure production activities comply with company, customer, and engineering specificationsPromote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standardsMonitor production quality and proactively identify non-conformances or process concernsPartner with leadership to implement solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performanceCommunicate production issues, maintenance concerns, and process improvement opportunities to managementSupport training and development of production associatesAssist with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipmentParticipate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiativesQualifications3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership environmentStrong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesExperience leading teams in a fast-paced production environmentStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesBasic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing specificationsBilingual Spanish/English is requiredPackaging industry experience is a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful candidates will bring a proactive, team-oriented leadership style and demonstrate the ability to drive accountability across safety, quality, delivery, and operational performance.
