This individual will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the venue office.Essential FunctionsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsAct as point of contact with hotel client and Pinnacle Live corporate office to resolve accounting inquiriesPrepare customer billing and handle assist with inquiriesGeneral clerical duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsOpen, sort and distribute incoming correspondenceMaintain office supply inventoriesCoordinate maintenance of office equipmentDevelop and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systemPlan meetings, activities and celebrationsPerform other duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceHigh Schools diploma or equivalentOne (1) year customer service or clerical experienceRequired Skills & KnowledgeTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
