This role focuses on ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment by providing high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support to leadership and teams.Key Responsibilities:General Administrative Support:Perform standard office functions including filing, document management, and correspondence handlingScreen calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications appropriatelySchedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointmentsReview and edit documents for accuracy, grammar, and formattingPrepare expense reports, purchase orders, and maintain office suppliesUpdate organizational charts and assist with departmental or workspace movesCompile and report data relevant to leadership assignmentsReception & Communication:Act as a central point of contact for departmental inquiriesHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretionRespond professionally and promptly to internal and external stakeholdersLogistics & Coordination:Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangementsCollaborate with internal/external stakeholders for venue booking, catering, materials, and setupEnsure compliance with company travel policies using internal systemsWork with travel vendors, airlines, and service providers to resolve issuesPresentation & Reporting:Create high-quality presentations (graphics and text) under tight deadlinesInterpret requirements and develop effective presentation formatsPrepare reports by compiling relevant data from multiple sourcesQualifications: Bachelor s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, OR:Master s degree + 4 yearsPhD/Law degree + 3 yearsAssociate s degree + 6 yearsHigh School diploma + 7 yearsStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience managing calendars, travel, and event coordinationAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismPreferred Skills:Experience supporting senior leadershipStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
