With offices in major markets nationwide, the firm is known for sophisticated work, collaborative culture, and long-term client relationships. The Opportunity The Boston office is seeking an Associate with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated employment matters for employers across a broad range of industries, working closely with experienced partners on both litigation and advisory matters. Key Responsibilities Litigating employment matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies Handling discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete, and breach of contract cases Advising employers on employment-related compliance and HR matters Drafting employment policies, agreements, and related documentation Conducting internal investigations Delivering employment-related compliance trainings Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of employment law experience Strong litigation experience in employment-related matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities JD from an accredited law school Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts Compensation Salary range: $310,000 $365,000, bonus eligible.
