Completion of a two-year certificate/degree in an IT-related field from a college, university, or technical school, or equivalent IT work experience2+ years of experience as a Computer Operator in a large Data Center2+ years of experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC)2+ years of experience with Production Control2+ years of experience with Control-M2+ years of experience with TPE/BPE Manager2+ years of experience with Data Center security operations2+ years of experience with HVAC systems in a Data Center environment2+ years of experience with Data Center electrical systems, including generators and UPS2+ years of experience working with raised floor Data Center environments2+ years of experience with fire detection and fire suppression systems in Data Centers2+ years of experience with Change Management policies, procedures, and tools2+ years of experience with Incident and Problem Management processes and software2+ years of experience with Asset Management policies, procedures, and software2+ years of experience with networking technologies including LAN/WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, and SNA2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications2+ years of experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices2+ years of experience working with automated job schedulers2+ years of experience managing hardware/software maintenance contracts2+ years of experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processesExperience working with State and/or Federal government environments (desired)2+ years of experience supporting distributed servers running AIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
