Work a 4-and-a-half-day week with minimal call We typically see 18 - 25 patients a day with plenty of back-up available, i.e. NPs and specialists on staff Our physicians have the option to follow their own patients in the hospital - one can provide both inpatient and outpatient care if they choose.
