Office Administrator
[solidcore] is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide essential support across various aspects of our business in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a hybrid on-site position based at our Arlington, VA Headquarters and is full time.Key Responsibilities:Office Operations Own day-to-day HQ operations to ensure a high-functioning workplace that supports employee experienceMaintain and order office supplies, equipment, and snacksManage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, coordinating with FedEx, USPS, and UPSMaintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including kitchen upkeep, conference room tidiness, and loading/unloading the dishwashers as neededOffice Facilities & Space Planning Manage quarterly facility maintenance orders, office cleanings, and upgradesLead storage optimization, space planning, and furniture coordination in readiness for team growth, peak days, and special eventsCollaborate with Facilities & Development Team and building management team to maintain a safe, clean and comfortable workplace environmentVendor & Program Ownership Own snack pantry program end-to-end (sourcing, ordering, inventory)Serve as primary owner for external vendors and recurring workplace programsEvent & Meeting CoordinationAssist in planning and executing company events including retreats and large-group functionsAssist in coordinating logistics for recurring leadership meetings, including catering and venue setupAssist with setup for monthly Full Company meetings Own and coordinate bi-yearly HQ headshot photoshoots Culture & Team ExperienceCreate a warm, professional first impression and representation for all team members, external visitors, and HQ communityGreet and welcome external guests and visitors arriving at HQAd Hoc & Project SupportTake on special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive AdministratorProvides support to additional executives as business needs ariseQualifications:Required:1+ years of experience in an Office Administrator, hospitality, or HR-related similar support roleProficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipPreferred:Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality industryCompensation & Benefits:Competitive starting salary, based on experienceBonus eligibility based on performanceMonthly cell phone stipend401k with employer matchHealth, dental, & vision insuranceFlexible PTOFree drop in classes at [solidcore]And MORE
