Office CoordinatorOur client, a well-respected community builder, is seekind a part time Office Coordinator to support our corporate office in downtown Bethesda. Behind the scenes ensuring our office feels organized, tidy, stocked, professional, and ready every day. If you love helping people, notice the little things, and enjoy being the go-to person others rely on, you'll thrive here.Responsibilities:Office & WorkplaceManage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors,and vendorsKeep shared spaces tidy, refreshed, and presentable—conference rooms, kitchen,supply areas, and receptionManage weekly orders of office supplies, kitchen supplies, beverages, snacks, andother essentialsRestock and organize the vending machine and ensure everyday office items areavailable and easy to findMaintain a clean and tidy office by regularly resetting kitchens, conference rooms,and shared spaces throughout the dayCoordinate breakfast/lunch orders or meeting catering as neededHandle mail, deliveries, and shipping coordination; assist with basic invoiceprocessing and supply trackingEnsure printers/copiers are stocked (paper, toner coordination) and keep printingstations ready for daily useAct as the go-to person for office-related questions, vendor coordination, andfacility needsInterviews & Candidate ExperienceWelcome interview candidates upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable andsupportedCoordinate interview day readiness: meeting rooms prepared, water/coffeeavailable, spaces resetPrint and organize interview folders/packets including resumes, schedules, andinterview materialsSupport an interview experience that feels polished, professional, and well-runEvents & Team SupportSupport office and team events by assisting with planning, ordering food/supplies,and day-of setup/cleanupHelp create a positive culture in the office through thoughtful details, organization,and hospitalityAssist with celebrations and team moments (birthdays, milestones, internalgatherings)What You'll Be Doing (Daily)Greeting visitors and candidates and making sure they're supported from arrival todepartureWho You'll Work WithYou'll collaborate closely with employees across the office and coordinate with external partners such as building management, vendors, delivery teams, maintenance partners, and other service providers.
