Construction Laborer

Paid training and growth opportunities are available as you gain hands-on experience working on real projects. *Responsibilities* * Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools * Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, and finishing * Support the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete pouring to ensure structural integrity * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to follow specifications accurately * Perform masonry work, flooring installation, plastering, and other finishing tasks as directed by supervisors * Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site * Conduct heavy lifting and assist with the operation of concrete pumps and mixers for efficient workflow *Skills* * Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation * Experience with construction estimating and interpreting blueprint specifications * Proficiency in concrete forming, cutting, pouring, finishing, and rebar installation * Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and protocols * Ability to operate heavy machinery such as concrete mixers, pumps, and other heavy equipment safely * Skilled in carpentry, masonry, plastering, flooring installation, and renovation work * Familiarity with working on diverse construction projects including hardscape development and site preparation Join us in building strong foundations for communities!
