Construction Laborer

Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: demo, siding, plumbing, trim work, flooring, drywall, and painting. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform construction tasks including installation, repair, and finishing work across multiple trades. Execute projects involving window installation, siding, plumbing, trim, flooring, drywall, and painting as needed. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ensure work is completed to company and industry quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in one or more of the listed trades. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
