Primary Skill*At least 12+ Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation + Oracle Integration CloudJob Description*We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Integration Lead with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to drive end-to-end integration architecture, design, development, and implementation initiatives.Key Responsibilities & RequirementsEXPERIENCE & EXPERTISEMinimum 10+ years of comprehensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM platform, combining deep technical and functional knowledge across Global Core HR, Compensation, and Absence Management modulesProven track record of architecting, designing, building, and implementing complex integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Demonstrated leadership in delivering 3+ large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projectsIntegration & Technical Skills (must Have)Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrating Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM Modules) with enterprise systemsStrong command of Oracle Fusion Integration capabilities including APIs, Events, File-based integrations, FTP, and both inbound/outbound data flowsExpertise with bi-directional payroll interfaces and integration patternsHands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and modern integration protocolsAdvanced experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI for reporting and analyticsProficient in HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader for data migration and managementFUNCTIONAL & CONFIGURATION EXPERTISEIn-depth knowledge of HCM configuration including lookups, value sets, work structures, areas of responsibility, and business process setupStrong expertise in Fast Formulas and customization of global data models for HCM Extracts and Bursting logicSolid understanding of roles, security profiles, and data access controlsCustomer-facing SkillsStrong client engagement experience with the ability to conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution presentationsProven ability to manage customer expectations, provide status updates, and handle escalations professionallyExperience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering customer-centric solutionsTEAM LEADERSHIPDemonstrated experience in leading and mentoring small technical teams (3-8 members) through project deliveryAbility to assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality deliverablesExperience in coaching and developing junior team members on Oracle HCM and integration best practicesTrack record of fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within teamsCOMMUNICATION & LEADERSHIPExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business teams, and customers to deliver architectural and technical solutions
