Java Software Engineer

Job Summary:Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Spring Boot & Microservices)Type of Employment: FulltimeLocation: Plano TX (Local profiles only --- Inperson interview required)We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot and microservices architecture to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services, working across both front-end and back-end technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications using Spring Boot framework.Develop and implement microservices to support scalable and resilient application architecture.Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.Maintain documentation related to design, development, and deployment processes.Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong Java programming skills.Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework and building microservices-based applications.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.Experience with RESTful API design and development.Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.Excellent communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
